I seem to recall getting these two lovely beads or pendants from Steve Dunning or Walt (being southeast Asian), now my memory is failing (it was some time ago). But when I showed them to a friend he was sure they were from Western Asia.

Beautiful deep red-orange semi-translucent carnelian carved in the shape fruit, one looks almost like a pineapple (?). About 10 x 20 x5 mm in size.

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.
