Congratulations on finding an excellent looking group of cloisonné beads -probably from the late '70's to early '80's or later.
It would have been even more successful for the Chinese to have crafted such fine work on beads three quarters of an inch in diameter. -The Japanese made exquisite ojime of even finer quality in much smaller sizes. I will try to make & post images of some of those tomorrow.
Your new ones are extremely large -perhaps one and one half inches in diameter? In China, this gargantuan -for a bead- size would traditionally be used for scroll weights.
