I know personally 2 different people - one Tibetan and one American, who offer everything they had to own this one.
Tibetan offer - hotel, house and factory in Bodha, and American offer houses in FL and AZ... AND NO LUCK. owner did not trade or sell... So, I am just keep dreaming and dreaming and dreaming...
