Glad to see you post the image. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but looks like you got it. <169k. Editing at 72dpi, about 650 pixels wide usually gives me an image that works nicely. Don't forget to sharpen before saving, and choose the best quality that will still keep you under 169k.
