Search golf ball display cases, and there are some nice looking cases that would work for displaying big, fat beads. The chain store Michael's has some shadow-box frames these days that could possibly be modified. If you go to flea markets and "junk-tique" types of places you'll see that old fashioned wooden tool tote boxes are sort of "in" now - the ones with wood carrying handle. I found one recently that is perfect for displaying up to 30 or more 18" necklaces, hung right off the handle. At one time i filled a towel rack in the bathroom. Nice display. But then we moved to a smaller place and I lost the display space. A current recycled item on Pinterest as well as the local antique collective is an old rake for displaying strands. I love this! Old printer's trays are sometimes made into wall display boxes and even glass topped coffee tables with beads in every compartment.
