A couple of weeks ago there was discussion of these beads, and Carole Morris remembered that Jamey had called them "agate glass", a very apt name for the caramel brown ones. No doubt, nice heavy 19th c. wound glass, likely Venetian beads. Here there are pink, aqua, royal blue and the more usual caramel brown. Two other shapes included in the image.
