I arrived with Joyce on Thursday AM and we enjoyed a full day at the Grand Luxe venue, which includes the Ethnography Room and other luminaries such as Danny Lopacki and TigerTiger. On Friday we dropped in on Leo Hakola, Trade Beads of the Old West, at Howard Johnson's, and Tika, Earth Door Sky Door, and Bead Castle at the Pueblo show. Sadly, Bob Hendler (Wind River) was not able to make it to the show and we're all worried about him.

Then I came down with a bad chest cold and have been in bed for two days. Feeling a bit better tonight but I had to stay away from the BCN dinner. Hope to make it out for our last two days in town. The weather has been fine, in the 70's, but will turn cold tomorrow, only in the 50's. Sorry I don't have any pics to post, due to the poor quality when reducing them on the iPad.

So if you're here in Tucson, make sure you drop in on the above mentioned folks and maybe hit the Gem Mall and African Village too. And happy bead hunting to all!
