Yes, no, not from cave and definetly not fossils, desertic plateau natural agates, millions years old, snow, wind and natural desert smooth sand "blasting"...

I asked again my source to be sure: no heat treatment what so ever.

There are billions of them in some areras, like a reg (stone desert), at ground surface, 99,99% are common white, brown agates, most vaguely spheric, some with strange shapes...commons ones are on all chinese stone markets, by tons.

Beautiful larges agates are sold as "scholars stone", small are sold as beads or machined into small pendants. Trucks come and go to pick them Up.

Time passing local people started to realize that some had extraordinary shapes and colors.
These are from local people who select them form me.

I can help beadcollector friends to source the best ones if you have difficulties finding them on ebay. Just drop me a message, stock is limited for the most colorful ones..... then plain nice bright colors are easier to source, yellow, pink, red, bleu, etc... translucent with smooth surface, fantastic material and so many colors, ruby red is not bad either.
