Hello there fellow bead geeks!!!!!!!~
A friend of mine Carole introduced me to the bead collectors network, since then I have been really enjoying this forum. I have been trying to read back a page or two a week, Wowwww, I have missed a lot. Lately I have spent quite some time on the who is who on page nine, so I thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Jacob Henry March (Jake), and...... I am an addict. I reside in beautiful Boulder Colorado, USA (to all you outside of America, I NEVER voted for anyone named Bush). I have owned a retail bead store called Nomad Design for seventeen years. My mother Judith started this venture with a $20,000.00 gift from her father. Judy quickly spent the whole lot on beads, and I thought she was stupid crazy! I quickly revised my opinion once I met the beads, so I sold my truck (had to hitch hike home the twenty miles), bought beads with the money, and we opened the retail store 1992. During this time my addiction for beads has waxed, and waned, and recently I have fallen back into my old ways. My first drug of choice was African, then I moved on to the hard stuff Tibetan, Roman, Arabic.... One of my great downfalls is that my trader/merchant self wins out over my collector self. It is with great remorse that I remember some of the unique spirits I have been so fortunate to spend time with, and then sold.

Alongside beads I collect historical art, and artifacts from around the world. I also collect tattoos, I love my tats because I cannot sell them. It has been my great pleasure to learn about all of you! I have to give a very heartfelt thank you to all of you for all the new knowledge, and inspiration!
