The technique is rolled-pad, not "pad rolled."

Did you view the photo I showed previously? These three beads are Javanese, but they are not made in the style of jatim, but rather are wound and decorated--like many conventional glass beads. Because Javanese beadmakers do not understand the rolled-pad method (and in fact no one currently uses it)) the Javanese beads are imitations, and not reproductions. Consequently, they are very similar to your bead--and your bead does not resemble any Venetian beads I can think of.
