A Les Bernard necklace, likely from late 1970s-80s (chain has a bit of verdigris near one bead).

I've seen these described as "Deco," but that's about 50 years too early.

The enamel tends to chip easily - this set apparently wasn't worn much and was stored carefully, so the beads are still in pretty good shape.
