Here a group of smaller carnelians, supposed to be ancient: they were sold by a reliable Yemenite dealer, as sourced in Hadramout (Arabia Felix).
*The beads on the small strand (see bottom) are typically 3 x 4,5 mm.
**The smallest of the lot (here and there, at random) are 2,7 x 3,7 mm.
***The larger ones (yellowish strand crossing the photo at the center) are typically 5 x 7 mm.
