Your necklace is just the finest example of Mizoram carnelian beads.

When I joined the BCN I posted my Mizoram beads I collected in New Delhi in 1985

At that time they were $25 a strand. Only 4 strands still have them.

I will try to post my necklaces again along with some of my loose carnelian beads up to 5 3/4 inches in length PYU I believe.

Maybe we should start a carnelian thread??
