The associated card adds "not less than 100 years old", and F. Stevens Salisbury - presumably the person who sent the beads to Beck.

I believe the accompanying "sample card" was constructed by the person who collected the beads, but I could be wrong and it may be a commercial sample card. There are a number of such cards in the collection.
