Hello Bigunn. I'm not the expert but I can tell you that the large black beads with the color dots all over them are usually called "Crumb beads
or End of day beads."
These type can be ancient...to modern. I think it'e too hard for me to tell but if they have a very long history in your family...they could
be from the Islamic period. The smaller beads, the black ones to me look Islamic.
Tha "Agate " bead above the pendant looks ancient Asian type.
The pendnt…...I can't even make out what the image is so I'm not sure
of it's origin for carton.
