Hi, I would like to inform my bead collecting friends that in the weekend of the 29rd and 30th of September the largest fair in The Netherlands of ethnographic jewelry and textiles will be held in the beautiful old church De Duif on the Prinsengracht 756 in Amsterdam.
Twenty-five international galleries (form the Netherlands, UK and Belgium) will present a broad spectrum of jewelry items and textiles from all parts of the world. Specifically, original and used items and tissues will be on display and for sale.
Touareg jewelry from North-Africa, Old African garments, old trade beads from around the world.
Also old textiles and items from Afghanistan, China, Tibet, and the Silk Route are to be seen.
Furthermore old tribal jewelry from Ethiopia and West-Africa is presented.
