I THINK I can see longitudinal lines that indicate the glass has been drawn (pulled)—confirming that the beads were reduced from canes. But this is not obvious yet.

Since you have the beads, you should be able to use a magnifying lens, and make this determination. I suppose, based on your first message, this may be what you have already done.

If the beads are indeed drawn, I return to my first suggestion, that these are probably Venetian cane beads. Not excluding the possibility that they might be Czech or Central European cane beads.
