I use Ebay global shipping. I haven't had any problems using this type of shipping.
They make sure that your package gets to the buyer. It might cost a little more but it is guaranteed.
I don't know if it works every where but I do know that I have had no buyers try and say that their package hasn't arrived and want their money back.
This is the only way I ship overseas [:>)
