Apatani ladies at a festival: I found this picture on the net from a Christa Neuenhofer.
When you look closely you see your beads amidst the blue strands these ladies are wearing.

2nd pic: similar beads in a different version with transparant glass.I guess new production.

I am sure someone else will know much more about these beads than I do.
