I am aware of our understanding, I believe you are misunderstanding here!!!!!
I was surfing the web looking for new KIFFA BEAD info when I was directed to your site. After scrolling down in your Kiffa Bead section, I found about 20 Photos I had created for myself and the Bead Collector Forum. I contacted you immediately to get an explanation and shortly thereafter you responded. You stated that Mr. Bush "gave" you the images whereupon I contacted Mr. Bush to find out his part in this. Mr. Bush informed me that he made you aware of the forum and sent you links to images, which you then proceeded to download and use for your own site. When I asked you about them, you asked if you could show them on your site and I said you may if I am given proper credit, you then offered to link to my site which I accepted. All of this was fine by me, after our exchanges!!!!
Now you come on this forum and post items NOT yours to post, which is something totally unrelated to our "agreement" and you are making a fuss when someone confronts you about it!!! Do not LIE about what I had permitted you to use on your site, I do not need your attacks on my integrity and if this is the way you would like to do business I suggest revising your methods.
This has nothing to do with ignorance of law, this is outright greed! You think that by using me, my photos of Kiffa Beads and then promoting yourself on this forum may get you extra business! Don't play innocent and don't throw my name or images around for your own little pleasure. I wipe my hands of you! Regretfully, Thomas Stricker (TASART)
