Valerie Hector's article in the latest Beads: Journal... caused me to take note of this eBay item (263457499159).
One slipper seems to have an old 1950s wax export stamp that was used for items not deemed of cultural significance?
The greasy yellow opal seed beads seem very early 1900s.
