Just received this beautiful Islamic-period bead. As I suspected from the pictures, it is a coreless vertically-fused-rod bead, about 13mm tall and 15mm wide. There is no cross-trailing. Is it what it appears to be? Can it be a morfia without being wildly-colorful? Any comments would be most welcome. Steve
