I feel these are definitely from early to mid 20th c. India influenced.

I did buy some comparable ones -which were all silver- in Thailand…Much of the metal work in South Asia and SE Asia has been influence by the Indian metalsmiths who migrated there.

Maybe brass, but more often white metal with silver which has oxidized.

More likely, one melon shaped bead. Possibly two pieces fitted together. Made of marble?
