I would say early 1900-1920s. Many of these pieces on rolled gold are collected as "Edwardian Period" which technically ran from 1901-1910 (the reign of King Edward VII of England) but some collectors go for the 1890s through the end of World War I. The beads are very nicely lamp worked and the applied glass is very charming. A very nice collectible piece from Venice.
