I am pleased to announce that the Society of Bead Researchers has added a page to its website that is devoted to the publications of the Center for Bead Research which Peter Francis, Jr., operated in Lake Placid, New York, until his untimely death in 2002. A total of 24 publications are available for download in PDF format. These include all the titles in his four publication series, his two workshop handbooks, and a fun miscellaneous item. While some of the material is dated, much of what he wrote is still relevant and deserves to be made available to those interested in beads.
