Amazon UK have accepted responsibility for the error in their listing. They do not have the English version so cannot ship a replacement. My guess is, that since the English version has just been released, it has not arrived at the distributors yet.

They will refund the purchase and are allowing me to keep the book as well. So high marks for their customer service!

I have also noted that on the Amazon UK site, the book is now correctly listed as the Italian version.

I'm trying to decide if I will pay the very high shipping cost to get an English copy from a seller in Italy.
