My collection of dragged trailed rounds & oblates. Most people assume all are Venetian, but there is some debate about that, with some saying the oblates are from farther East - Iran, Afghanistan, etc. since many have been found there. The patterns with the design pulled all in one direction are also called "festoons" and "arcades". The trailing is also generically called "feather". The "trade name" for the beads is often "feather bead" but of course the beads are not made of feathers...
