Amazing specimen - wooow!

Have never seen a whorl in "turtle-design" (Dhar verkrun). Wonderful collectible!!

I do not remember who said it when, and what the arguments were pro Fustat, but I am as close to be certain as possible (at this point), that this whorl - and related pieces from the same design-family - was NOT made in old Cairo.

Does anybody know the argument/s pro Fustat? Jamey maybe...?

Later this year, I hope, we will be certain, where the Morfia, the Dhar Verkrun, and related beads have been made.
