The all-American "Shuffle-House" is the perfect breakfast-spot, in my opinion. Where else can you expect to be greeted like a long missed family member every single morning? Sometimes I was fearing all 12 waiters and waitresses would come storming towards me from behind the counter to hug and kiss me, while insisting I had to tell them everything about my night. In superficial detail!

The whole experience felt like "breaking fast" in Amsterdam. Hash for breakfast (brown variety), "magic onions", eggs-over-heels and liters of a Colombian liquid is more than one could hope for early morning.
