Yes it is. But as you can, hopefully, see in the pictures, it looks like they started to form the hole from both sides of the bead and they didn't perfectly come together, its not perfectly connected.
It's definitely not like these beads, like moonbeams or marbles, that you see that have one hole different in shape and size from the other.
