Can you identify what shape you'd call these beads?

I've been trying to identify this strange shaped bead. I've posted once before but I'm trying my luck again. I know the one with one "pinch" in the middle would be an hourglass shape. Multiple pinches, have no idea. Any additional ideas as far as identification would be appreciated. I am fairly sure they were acquired in Africa in the 60's. Thanks for your time!
