I think the top is a latch, but now it's all framed, and I can't tell from looking!
(sigh) I do this all the time. I finish framing something, then realize I put it together wrong. Or there's lint on the glass. Or I forgot to sign the piece (if I've made it.) So I take it apart and put it back together---and see something else that's wrong!
If it's absolutely necessary to know for an accurate ID, (gulp) I can take it apart.....
