The barrel glass bead is 20 x 7 mm. Looks like it is a rolled-pad bead, the seam can be seen clearly.
The tabular glass bead is 17,5 x 23 mm. The seal -- a rabbit and a dog, with a ladder (?) in between them -- looks like it was made with lapidary technique.
