Hi all.
these two small thingies are donated to me and puzzled me since.
It looks to me they were made from lath turned, dyed bone.
There is some resemblance with golf tees but they do not have a pointed end and why the perforation? (done before dyeing).
They are taken from a short necklace said collected in India in Naga territory. It did not look as ethnical strung to me.
Do any of you have a clue what they were and used for, before they were made into a necklace?
Size, length x diam = 27,9 mm x 9,2 mm ( all have appr. the same size and color, but some have a separated "beaker")
