...just give away the beads around your neck? Well, that's exactly what happened when my friend, that gave me the coffee bead strand, went to visit a friend in Washington. He mentioned that he had a friend that was into beads as she was wearing several strands. She asked him which strand he wanted to give to his friend...me. He chose the outer strand and off it came from her neck to come home to me. Then he went to visit another time and she gave him the other strand shown here.

While these dZi beads may be deemed insignificant by some, to me they are the most special dZi beads. Knowing that these were special to the person wearing them as they chose to put them on that day and then could simply remove them and just give them away to a virtual stranger as she did not know me.

I'm not sure I could be as munificent with the beads I've chose to put on for the day.
