I have been collecting Venetian jewelry and Czech jewelry for over 20 years. This is atypical of Czech/Bohemian stringing not Venetian. I am attaching a photo of a 1910-1920s "Bohemian" necklace with knotting similar to your photograph. BTW the green necklace is listed on ebay 172215770219.
