Every now and then the fatal fascination of these things lures one into the tiger trap, doesn't it?

The other day I was eyeing my little collection of monster beads with chagrin ["What was I thinking?!"], decided maybe I'd get some thick squares of acrylic, epoxy the darned beads to the squares, and call them bud vases.

Short of unloading them on Shaquille O'neal, that is.

Needless to say, I think your bead is tres cool. If I'd turned out something like that in bronze casting class, I'd have felt pretty smug.
