The first line says Boryngy Kazan which means Ancient Kazan in the Tatarian language.

The second line says Drevnjaja Kazan which is Russian for Ancient Kazan.

Kazan is the capital city of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is part of Russia today.

The book description is as follows:

Published in conjunction with an exhibition titled, "Ancient Kazan" held in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan in 1999. It includes archaeological finds (including coins), works of art and folklore from museums of Russia and Tatarstan.

Gerry, my better half, is quite good at Russian and the Cyrillic alphabet and did the translation and search. The attached link is for the library holding of the American Numismatic Society. He thinks this is the book you have, but check the dates and ISBN number.

Maybe you can sell the book on eBay or through Amazon.
