The notes accompanying this bead say "Achaemenid, c. 600 BC" - it's from a private collection, and a very, very special find for me. I have not been able to research this yet, but it was love at first site. Approx. 32mm x 22mm. Thank you everyone, seeing you all, even for a brief time, was great medicine.
