I have not seen this exact type of simulated chevron in the Briare Museum, although they have quite a few different styles of them in their reserves. Maybe we missed them. Do you have a picture of one you saw in Briare? I would be curious and excited to solve this problem since we have been unable to find out for sure who actually made them.
