Hi Will the slit ring you show I am sure is made of chalcedony and is earlier than Warring States actually it is from early bronze time in northeast china, but they are of great amount in different shapes and all of the same material.
the attachment is my collection of chalcedony staff of the same time and all are from northeast china. one unfinished slit ring
