There is also a smaller sample booklet with 4 plates in our museum, which has a different display of colors and the numbers are different with an S in front. The book title is "Standard glass colours" and there is no date, the booklet is not in very good shape but the colors are wonderful We found it in a shop in Venice in the 1980s.
