When it comes to lampwork beads, there are quite a few very fancy Czech beads, with filligrana, roses, satin glass and aventurine.
The source of these beads is a specialised glass/bijoux antique dealer who knows his stuff. It is a different seller as the one I got the Venetian millies from. This seller had not a clue about beads..... Wondering about something: These Czech lampwork beads usually still have some white residu in their holes, even older ones. Is that the same for this type of Venetian fancy beads? If not, that could be a way of telling them apart......
