Ok, my hands are shaking as I write this, but I had to stop what I was doing and share this with you guys. I haven't unwrapped everything, but here is a sample of what I'm finding in an estate auction shipment received today. This person was a serious and long-term collector, the estate was in New York. In a way it makes me sad that someone put all this work into collecting but didn't pass the collection on and no one they knew valued it. I have found tons of millefiori, an etched carnelian and other ancients, some Venetian fancies...more pics to follow
