Original Message:   Re: Any info about the green rounds and the green 'crinkly' beads?
Hi there, the green bubbly rounds are glass I am pretty sure -not any kind of stone or gem - the bubbles are what makes me think that. There are some loose beads including one that is 3/4 " diameter and some still knotted on a green string that are 15" long doubled. Design doesn't seem to have been a straight round necklace as knotting divides so maybe a lariat? Some beads have darker inclusions and most have bubbles. The crinkly green beads seem very old and possibly stone or ceramic . they have hole running through them so are deffo beads despite appearance. The beads that were with those, the round are also stone or ceramic I think, old and misshapen and covered in dirt so wondering if they have been dug up. All the beads on that pic have been stored together although vastly different in era and style so not sure if any significance to that grouping or not! Thank you for any help :)
