Original Message:   Stone bead ID's and questions 1st ID

I was digging through some beads today looking for something and came across a few stone beads I have questions about. I am not a stone person so any input or additional information is appreciated First up this large carnelian bead I believe I got from Hans of the Hills about 25 years ago. 1.Would this bead be considered a pema raka bead? 2.What kind of age would a bead like this have? 3.True or false campfire story. Beads like this, in this size where used for decoration on horses or other large animals.
