This is because we are using software that is 15 years old, and we have over 10 years of archived material that is non-functional if we try to transfer it to any other software. AND we are not Facebook, David's last name is not Zuckerberg, and so, it goes without saying, we don't have Facebook funds.

So anyway, I've been using Photoshop elements for years, it still works great. I resize selecting 72 dpi, often 650 - 800 pixels wide. I often can still select a fairly high quality resolution (compression) without going over the 256k limit.
