Original Message:   Beads Old or New

Here is part of about a pound of blue "padre" beads I bought at auction thinking that at least some of them were old. The only thing I can say in my defense is I didn't pay very much. They vary too much in size, shape and color for me to give much info other than some appear very weathered and have some pitting and some are very shiny. Any thoughts? Maybe some are oldish?
