The drops in your necklace are typical of Czech (or Central European) manufacture. However, they are hot-worked, and were not "molded" (as suggested above). The finned beads are lampworked, and a tong was used to squeeze-out the fins. I do associate France with this sort of work—but not Rousselet in particular. They could also be Czech. And the French were know to exploit Czech beads in their manufacture of costume jewelry.

So possibly the beads are all Czech—and the necklace made by them; or made into necklaces in France.
