Hi, Looks to me like you have two different types of Glass Beads on this necklace. The "light bulb" shaped green and clear beads are probably a Czech Bohemian Glass made in a mold probably in the late 1800's- 1950's range. However, the test would be uniformity of size and shape. Do you have a way to measure the beads, and close up of the bead hole? It is possible that this shape could also be another material, but I think I see air bubbles, so probably glass. These seem obviously Older and not the "newer" ones that are still being produced.
The larger green more "free form" wavy beads with fin-like? sections appear to be "lamp work" or made by hand rather than in a mold. Hard to pinpoint Origin as
although there are Czech Lampwork beads, there are also Lampwork Italian, French, German, Japanese, etc. beads. A better photo of those beads would help with I.D.
The Clasp is unusual, IMHO, and appears to be a Large Brass screw type clasp, with green enamel. Do you see any markings on the clasp?
I am not familiar with Louis Rousselet, but this appears to be Early to Mid-Century "Costume" Jewelry. Someone more familiar with finished Bohemian Jewelry will be able to give a more spot-on details than I. Because some bead shapes and beads were produced over many decades something like a clasp or other beads on the strand can help determine Age and Origins.
Good luck- it's interesting! Anne
